Eric Miller Biography

Written by:

Eric Miller was born and raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He grew up living the simple life, with both of his parents in the workforce. Once he entered high school, he started working himself. His first job was shoveling snow from his neighbor’s driveways. As his time in high school went on, he knew he wanted to go far for college. He yearned to explore a new place with new people. That was when he decided to go to Clemson University.

At 18 years old he made the journey to Clemson, South Carolina. He went to study business at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business. During his time at Clemson he pledged a fraternity and made friends that have lasted him for a lifetime. He says his biggest blessing of college was meeting his wife, Megan. They met in his senior year and fell in love quickly. She is from Orlando, and a lot of Miller’s friends were too. As graduation approached, he knew he would not return home after, and he would move to Orlando to pursue a career in medical sales, while living with his fraternity brothers and continuing to date Megan.

For ten years he worked in medical sales as a manager and representative before growing his position to Vice President of the company. He worked hard to work his way to this point and he truly loved his job. Miller is outgoing and loves meeting new people and this position gave him the ability to spread positivity and light to the company. After five years in this position, he was approached by a friend who had recently invented a product. He had an innovative idea but he had no clue how to properly execute starting a company. With Miller’s experience from school and work, he offered to help. After that day, he resigned as VP and became a co-founder of the drinkware company, Corkcicle.

This position allowed his creativity and expertise to run wild. He loved working with people that he knew and trusted and creating a team of people who helped create a business that they were all so passionate and excited about. This business was built from the ground up, and though there were times it was not easy, especially the COVID pandemic, Miller would not have traded his time at Corkcicle for the world.

Since leaving the company in late 2025, he has been working with businesses in consulting, sharing his business and entrepreneurial expertise with those who need it.
